Letterboxd → Settings → Data → Export your data. The ZIP is read in this tab. Only watched.csv, ratings.csv, diary.csv and one column of profile.csv (Date Joined) are used.

Everything runs in this tab: your export is never uploaded, and the page makes no requests after it loads. Films that are not in the built-in film table are skipped by every stat that needs film data.

Advanced

Only needed to override the file name. The join date is read from the Date Joined column of profile.csv; without that file or column it is the earliest date in watched.csv.
